Valuing what is important

TimeBanks in Michigan value the most important assets we have, the people who live in our neighborhoods. Through TimeBanks our members are giving rides to medical appointments, teaching people how to cook their favorite dishes, mowing lawns, cleaning up neighborhoods, sharing stories, and so much more.

Even though these exchanges are done without money your donations help us to sustain this work. Organizers at the state and local level host events so that our members build the trust and connections to allow these exchanges. Local TimeBanks purchase tools, ingredients, and supplies to support exchanges.

The MI Alliance of TimeBanks hopes to start two NEW TimeBanks in 2024. Your donations will allow us to support these TimeBanks properly so even more meaningful connections come together.
